PinkPantheress just dropped a treat for spooky season, and it’s as hauntingly chic as you’d expect. The British alt-pop star unveiled her new music video for “Noises (with JT),” featuring City Girls’ JT, right in time for Halloween. Directed by Charlotte Rutherford, the video follows PinkPantheress as she preps for a night out before getting possessed by the spirit of Halloween itself, embodied by JT.
The track appears on Fancy Some More?, a reimagined version of her Mercury Prize-shortlisted mixtape Fancy That, which arrived earlier this month. The project packs a massive lineup of collaborators, including Kylie Minogue, Kaytranada, Sugababes, Basement Jaxx, Ravyn Lenae, and SEVENTEEN, all putting their own spin on PinkPantheress’ genre-warping sound.
“I wanted to explore how the songs can live in different worlds while still holding onto the emotion of the original,” PinkPantheress said of the remix collection. “Each remix brings a new energy and texture, while still keeping the heart of the track intact.”
The Halloween drop lands in the middle of her sold-out An Evening With PinkPantheress North American tour, which kicked off with two nights in Brooklyn and continues through Toronto, Chicago, and Los Angeles before wrapping up in the Bay Area.
PinkPantheress is set to make her Coachella debut in 2026, followed by a headlining slot at Barcelona’s Primavera Sound. Until then, she’s proving that every era, even the spooky ones, belongs to her.
The reign continues. Volbeat have just scored their twelfth No. 1 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock chart with their latest single, “Time Will Heal.”
The Danish rock titans already held the record for the most No. 1s by any artist based outside North America, and this new milestone only widens that gap. The achievement follows “By a Monster’s Hand,” which topped the charts earlier this year, and adds yet another win to the band’s unstoppable streak.
Both tracks appear on Volbeat’s ninth studio album, God of Angels Trust, released June 6 via Universal. The record has been praised for blending the band’s signature mix of melodic hooks, thrash grit, and rockabilly swagger into their most cinematic sound yet.
After wrapping a massive U.S. tour, Volbeat are currently headlining shows across the UK and Europe on The Greatest of All Tours Worldwide. Tour dates and tickets for said tour are currently available here.
From small clubs in Copenhagen to chart domination, Volbeat continue to carve out a legacy built on riffs, resilience, and records… literally.
“Time Will Heal” is out now on all streaming platforms. Watch the music video below or grab a copy of God of Angels Trust here.
Seattle heavy-hitters AVOID have officially announced their next chapter. Their upcoming EP, Creature of Habit, arrives November 14 via UNFD, marking a new era of chaos, energy, and emotional release.
To celebrate, the band dropped a visualizer for their latest single, “Sour Apple.” Vocalist Benny Scholl shared that the track’s title started as a joke before taking on deeper meaning. “There was a Sour Apple-flavored vape in the room when we were working on the demo,” Scholl says. “The song’s about reflecting on the past and letting go, but also being upset when things don’t go your way. In a way, kind of being a ‘Sour Apple’ about things sometimes, and we realized the name ended up representing the song perfectly.”
The Creature of Habit EP packs six tracks, including “Sour Apple,” “The Song of the Summer,” and “Over Now.” The band’s signature mix of anthemic hooks, sharp-edged riffs, and reckless fun is all here, loud, unfiltered, and ready to tear through speakers.
AVOID are also hitting the road this fall, joining Belmont for a full U.S. run that kicks off November 6 in St. Paul, Minnesota, and wraps December 12 in Chicago, Illinois.
Known for their tongue-in-cheek energy and anything-goes attitude (“What if Dale Earnhardt, Guy Fieri, and Steve-O started a Spinal Tap cover band?” as they put it), AVOID continue to embody the wild, communal spirit of heavy music. With Creature of Habit, they’re proving that fun, chaos, and heart can still coexist in rock.
Creature of Habit is out November 14 via UNFD. Watch the “Sour Apple” visualizer below and grab pre-orders here.

However, this time they have expanded their reach to a warmer and yet more haunting path. There are interludes of speech and noise, voice memos, and pieces of demos, all working to explore the themes of grief and longing.

Kurayami/Get Used To It
“Kurayami” comes paired with a music video filmed in Japan and directed by Takuto Shimpo. It circles between shots of the song being performed and aesthetic clips of water.
Semones explains, “‘Kurayami’ means ‘darkness’ in Japanese, and this song is about growing up in Michigan and reminiscing on what it was like hanging out with my friends. Being a kid was really fun and I was happy, but I remember there was a point where we started to lose our innocence and I think this song is about that feeling. It’s one of the more technically difficult songs I’ve written, and it took some practice to get to the point where I could sing and play it at the same time. There’s lots of fun tempo changes, odd meters, wide interval arpeggios, and fast licks, and I think the band arrangement is really creative too.”
“Get Used To It” is, “about the beauty in solitude and being alone, how to move on from something that was important in your life but still leave space for it, and my love for the guitar and music. It’s the second song I wrote on my nylon string, and the changes and melody are somewhat inspired by Thelonious Monk.” Semones continues, “The instrumentation is more minimal than our other songs — just me (guitar & vox), upright bass, and drums. We were going for a live jazz trio sound, so there’s not really any layers or anything. It’s just a straightforward recording of the 3 of us playing the tune, and I think that was the best way to capture the feeling behind the song.”
The songs are available for pre-order on 7” and are out now on all streaming platforms. It can be found here.

SharpTone has welcomed the Canadian post-hardcore trio Second Harbor to its global roster.
The band stated, “We’re honored to be a part of the SharpTone family. They’re home to some of our favorite bands, and they’ve welcomed us with the most open arms. To have a team as passionate about our band as we are is an absolute dream. We truly couldn’t be happier.”
The signing announcement comes paired with “Relative”, a brand new single from the trio. “Right as we wrapped ‘Relative,’ we knew it’d be the EP opener,” shares John Muggianu. “It’s everything we wanted out of our first track. It’s urgent, it’s vicious, and more than anything, it’s unrelenting.”
The single comes with a music video, featuring a band delivering an energetic performance in a room surrounded by a white curtain.
“Relative” is the opening track to their upcoming EP Coalesce, which releases on December 12 and is available for pre-order here.
Vincent Morency states, “We had a lot to prove with this EP. To the world, absolutely, but to ourselves even more so. We didn’t want to come out with what’d been done before, or worse, what we’d done before. In the past, we’d always felt concerned about assimilating into the scene, and writing songs that fit into whatever sub-genre we were a part of.”
He continues, “This time around, equipped with everything we’d learned through our past releases, we felt it high time we took the swings we always wanted to. So we did just that. We came out swinging. Our title track is four-and-a-half minutes long, our third track has both the happiest and heaviest parts we’ve ever written, and our main single has so many lyrics, we need a permit for them. We took these swings and left the studio more confident than ever in the work we’d done. This collection of songs is Second Harbour. Coalesce IS Second Harbour.”

“At this point, Hail The Sun are post-hardcore veterans … Progressing with each record, the
band follows their signature sound while introducing some new ideas.” Says Alternative Press
The acclaimed California-based band Hail The Sun has released their seventh full-length album today, October 24. The highly anticipated album, cut. turn. fade. back., covers topics such as military atrocities, humanitarian crises, addiction, lost love, and death.
“It doesn’t matter if people take away the intended message from these songs,” says vocalist Donovan Melero, “and I’m certainly not going to police it, but we do, as always, want to encourage critical thinking. Fifteen years in, I love that we’ve been allowed to have this growing fan base to speak to. I feel very grateful and fortunate, and I hope that it keeps carrying us forward and continues to be the thing that we can sustain life from.”
The album is produced and engineered by Pete Adams and Grammy Award winner Johnny Kosich of Beach Noise. It was mixed and mastered by Zakk Cervini, known for his work with Blink-182, Bring Me The Horizon, and Coheed and Cambria.

Five Finger Death Punch has amassed over 13 billion streams, created tons of number one hits, and secured multiple gold and platinum awards. Following their July album, Best Of Volume – 1, they now offer its sequel, Best Of – Volume 2.
Best of – Volume 2 Album Art
Best of – Volume 2
The album pays respect to the past while reintroducing their iconic songs. It is a tribute to the songs and fans that have stayed with them for over two decades.
Best of – Volume 2 features 16 re-recorded tracks. It also brings previously unreleased live versions of “Wash It All Away”. “Wrong Side of Heaven”, and “Jeckyll and Hyde”.
The album’s current single, “The End”, featuring BABYMETAL, is currently making history as the first song to hit the U.S. active rock charts while including Japanese lyrics. The single was released on September 5 alongside the announcement of Best of – Volume 2. It is currently ranked number 5 this week, having steadily climbed for some time. “The End” has also had a number one streak for weeks now on the Japanese iTunes Metal chart. While rare for an international rock release, it has made its way to number 18 on the Japanese all-genres chart.
BABYMETAL vocalist SU-METAL shares: “We were invited to take part in a 20th-anniversary collaboration project featuring guest artists on past songs. Five Finger Death Punch and BABYMETAL had performed at the same festival overseas back in 2015, so I was really happy thinking they might have remembered me from then. I sang Japanese lyrics inspired by the original lyrics of ‘The End,’ and spent a lot of time experimenting to find the voice that best fit such a deep, cool track. My favorite moment is the flow from ‘Negai o kakete’ into the break, where my voice is gradually engulfed by Ivan’s growl—it gave me chills. I hope listeners feel that too.”
As of today, October 24, “Cold (2025 Version)” has already become a top 5 lyric video.
Best of – Volume 2 is available for streaming here.
Exclusive 20th anniversary merch is available here.
Best Of – Volume 1
The album follows the July release of Best of – Volume 1. The album also contains three live tracks, “Trouble”, “Welcome To The Circus”, and “The Bleeding”. The latter features Marina Brink of In This Moment, and hit number one on the rock charts in July.
Best of – Volume 1 is available for streaming and/or purchase here.

The RapxHardcorexManga band has unleashed their newest single, “Falcon”, in anticipation of their upcoming EP.
“Falcon” Single Art
Falcon
The band’s newest single, “Falcon”, follows “A.I.R. Max.” “Neo Paris” and “Back 2 Basics”. It comes paired with a music video that cycles between shots of the band playing in a plane hangar and animated scenes. The video, directed by Pavel Trebukhin, captures the band’s energy.
The band’s vocalist,Vitia, states, “Here is the track that guided all my artistic direction for ROTN’s new era, the one where it all begins, and the one that closes our promotional campaign for this fourth album. I wrote it like a prayer, inspired by the airy notes of Eva-B’s chorus. At first, the guys weren’t really feeling the title, but after working on it over time, they eventually accepted it. In the end, it became clear to all of us that it had to be the one to represent the album. It’s a unique song for us, and it carries a message of hope. I dedicate it to all our loved ones who left too soon, but also to those still here, standing strong. May it bring strength to those who need it, and guide those who are searching!”
