Five Finger Death Punch has amassed over 13 billion streams, created tons of number one hits, and secured multiple gold and platinum awards. Following their July album, Best Of Volume – 1, they now offer its sequel, Best Of – Volume 2.
Best of – Volume 2
The album pays respect to the past while reintroducing their iconic songs. It is a tribute to the songs and fans that have stayed with them for over two decades.
Best of – Volume 2 features 16 re-recorded tracks. It also brings previously unreleased live versions of “Wash It All Away”. “Wrong Side of Heaven”, and “Jeckyll and Hyde”.
The album’s current single, “The End”, featuring BABYMETAL, is currently making history as the first song to hit the U.S. active rock charts while including Japanese lyrics. The single was released on September 5 alongside the announcement of Best of – Volume 2. It is currently ranked number 5 this week, having steadily climbed for some time. “The End” has also had a number one streak for weeks now on the Japanese iTunes Metal chart. While rare for an international rock release, it has made its way to number 18 on the Japanese all-genres chart.
BABYMETAL vocalist SU-METAL shares: “We were invited to take part in a 20th-anniversary collaboration project featuring guest artists on past songs. Five Finger Death Punch and BABYMETAL had performed at the same festival overseas back in 2015, so I was really happy thinking they might have remembered me from then. I sang Japanese lyrics inspired by the original lyrics of ‘The End,’ and spent a lot of time experimenting to find the voice that best fit such a deep, cool track. My favorite moment is the flow from ‘Negai o kakete’ into the break, where my voice is gradually engulfed by Ivan’s growl—it gave me chills. I hope listeners feel that too.”
As of today, October 24, “Cold (2025 Version)” has already become a top 5 lyric video.

Best Of – Volume 1
The album follows the July release of Best of – Volume 1. The album also contains three live tracks, “Trouble”, “Welcome To The Circus”, and “The Bleeding”. The rest of Best of – Volume 1 is made up of 20th Anniversary mixes of their hits, such as “Wrong Side of Heaven” and “I Refuse”. The latter features Marina Brink of In This Moment, and hit number one on the rock charts in July.

The band has paired its release of Best of – Volume 2 with a partnership with Fandiem in support of MusiCares. MusiCares is an organization that supports the music community through providing critical health and welfare services. They work with mental health, addiction recovery services, and health and human services.
