The reign continues. Volbeat have just scored their twelfth No. 1 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock chart with their latest single, “Time Will Heal.”
The Danish rock titans already held the record for the most No. 1s by any artist based outside North America, and this new milestone only widens that gap. The achievement follows “By a Monster’s Hand,” which topped the charts earlier this year, and adds yet another win to the band’s unstoppable streak.
Both tracks appear on Volbeat’s ninth studio album, God of Angels Trust, released June 6 via Universal. The record has been praised for blending the band’s signature mix of melodic hooks, thrash grit, and rockabilly swagger into their most cinematic sound yet.
